Part 1: Description

1. What are you passionate about? What topics or areas of expertise do you enjoy learning and sharing about?
2. What problems can you solve? What challenges do people face that you can help them overcome with your knowledge or skills?
3. What are your unique strengths and experiences? What sets you apart from others in your field?
4. What value can you provide? How will your offerings benefit your target audience?

Part 2: Niche

1. Brainstorm a list of broad topics related to your passions and expertise.
2. Narrow down your list by considering:
   • Competition: How crowded is this niche?
   • Profitability: Is there a market for your offerings in this niche?
   • Personal Interest: How excited are you about this niche?
3. Define your niche in a sentence or two.

Part 3: Target Audience

1. Demographics:
   • Age range
   • Gender
   • Location (geographic or online)
   • Income level
   • Education level
2. Psychographics:
   • Interests
   • Values
   • Pain points and challenges
   • Goals and aspirations
   • Preferred communication channels (social media, email, etc.)
3. Create a persona: Give your ideal customer a name, describe their background, and detail their specific needs and desires related to your niche.

Bonus:

• Research existing competitors in your niche. What are they doing well? What gaps can you fill?
• Identify relevant online communities and forums where your target audience gathers.
